HMRC-compliant rates
Approved mileage rates applied automatically: 45p per mile for the first 10,000, 25p thereafter. Car, motorcycle, and bicycle rates built in. Tax year tracking included.
Receipt capture with OCR
Snap a photo of your parking receipt or upload a PDF. TupiEX extracts the date, amount, and vendor automatically. Confirm and save in seconds.

How It Works
From assignment to invoice in four steps.
1. Start your journey
Tap "Start journey", select the agency and booking reference. TupiEX tracks your GPS route as you drive to the assignment. Tap "Arrived" when you get there.
2. Log expenses on site
Paid for parking? Snap the receipt. TupiEX links it to your journey automatically — same agency, same booking reference, correct category pre-filled.
3. Complete the return
Tap "Return to base" and TupiEX calculates the return distance. Or chain to your next assignment — no miles wasted, no data lost.
4. Export and invoice
At month end, filter by agency and export. CSV for your accountant, PDF with receipts for your records. Every mile and every penny accounted for.
