The short version

Our website doesn’t use cookies. Not one. There’s no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, and nothing following you around afterwards, which is why you’ve never seen a cookie banner from us, and won’t.

The management application, where our customers sign in, needs to remember that you’re signed in. That’s the only thing stored on your device, and it’s the only reason anything is stored at all.

Our website

When you browse tupi.solutions we set no cookies whatsoever.

We don’t use analytics. We don’t count you, profile you, or measure how far down a page you scrolled. There are no advertising pixels, no social media trackers, and no embedded third-party content quietly loading in the background. Nothing about your visit is shared with anyone.

The management application

TupiEx, TupiNow and TupiManage are different. You sign in to them, and staying signed in means remembering something.

Here’s exactly what happens:

• Your sign-in token is kept in your browser’s local storage. It’s what lets you move between pages without being asked to sign in over and over. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere except back to us, to prove it’s you.
• One cookie on the sign-in page. When you sign in, our identity provider (Amazon Cognito) sets a single cookie on its own sign-in page to carry you through that process safely.

Both are what the rules call strictly necessary: remove them and you simply can’t stay signed in. That’s also why we don’t ask your permission for them: the law only requires consent for the optional kind, and we don’t have any optional kind.

What we never do

No advertising cookies. No analytics or behavioural profiling. No sharing with data brokers or ad networks. We don’t sell your personal data, and we never have.

Clearing it

Signing out clears your stored sign-in token. You can also clear cookies and site data from your browser’s settings at any time, for us or for anyone. Nothing breaks, you’ll just be asked to sign in again next time.

Changes to this policy

If we ever start using cookies differently, we’ll update this page and say so plainly before the change takes effect. The date at the top tells you when it was last changed.
