End User Agreements
Last updated: 18 August 2026
Different people use the Tupi software in different ways, so there is a separate agreement for each role. Whichever applies to you sits alongside our Privacy Notice and the Acceptable Use Policy, which applies to everyone.
For interpreters
Interpreter End User Agreement: the agreement you accept when you use the TupiEx mobile app, and TupiNow or TupiManage where your agency has given you access. It covers the free Core Functionality, how agency-licensed features work, your content and documentation, and self-billing.
For an agency’s clients
Client End User Agreement: the agreement for organisations and people who access TupiNow or TupiManage as a client of an interpreting agency, under that agency’s licence.
For agencies
End User Services Agreement: the standard terms on which Tupi Solutions Limited provides the platform to an interpreting or translation agency. The commercial details (charges, user numbers, term) are set out in the Order Form each agency signs during onboarding; these published terms are what that Order Form incorporates.
Applies to everyone
Acceptable Use Policy: the rules that apply to every user of the software, whatever their role: security, personal data, and the things no one may do.
